An optional setting for using an Apple account as a sign-in method is to mask the email address that is sent. This means that we are not sent your actual email address so we cannot verify your log-in or use your email to accept invitations. To check if this is the case, please review your log-in credientials within your Apple account.

Yes! You can upgrade or extend the duration of your package at anytime within the app. Our pricing tiers have been created so that you aren't disadvantaged when upgrading.

Unfortunately we aren't able to offer refunds once a package has been selected. This is because we ensure that we are able to host your project on our platform which comes at a certain cost.

Yes! You can subscribe to a plan to ensure you have an ad-free experience. Project owners also get a complimentary ad-free experience with any purchase of a project.

Footage within a project, and edits that have been published are stored by us. Once you restore your account they will be visible. Edits that are still in drafts are stored locally so we cannot back these up and they will be lost.

For the safety of user's on the app it is sometimes necessary for us to hide content and projects that have been flagged as breaching our Term's and Condition's of use. By hiding this project it gives us a but more time to ensure that we are providing a safe platform for file sharing. You will be notified when a project becomes unhidden.

Projects that are unavailable have either not yet been opened for collaboration by the Project Owner, or have expired. We give the Project owner an additional 14 days to opt to purchase a new package to make this project available for users once more, so please reach out to them should you have any questions regarding this.
